What’s the refund policy?: If our generator flagged a quality problem with your kit, you get an automatic refund within 90 days from your order page. If our logs show you never opened the delivered PDF, you can refund within 30 days from your order page. Otherwise email cluepack@forage.bot and we’ll work it out case-by-case.
How long does delivery take?: The kit is generated and emailed as a printable PDF, usually within a minute of checkout.
Can I regenerate the clues?: Yes — one free regenerate per order is available from your order page. It re-runs with the same hints at a different seed.
